Donna Pappas – Artistic Director/Administration Manager/Founder
Light of the World has been a dream of Donna’s for quite some time and has come to fruition. Donna has been involved in dance from the time she was 5 years old. She has extensive experience in all forms of dance and is a gifted teacher.
Donna learnt to dance in well known Dance Schools and spent many years at McDonald College training in the R.A.D. Classical Ballet Syllabus.
Donna has also studied the syllabi used at Light of the World.
Not only has she competed in numerous eisteddfods and competitions, she has also appeared on television several times as a dancer, and had the opportunity to dance at the old Regent Theatre and at the Opera House on many occasions.
Donna has had first hand experience at seeing how much time and money parents, carers and students, put into dance classes, competitions, and concerts, and wants to lighten those burdens so that all involved can have a great time while learning and nurturing their talents.
You will see Donna’s love for dance and music in the purity of her teaching.
Anthony Pappas – Business Manager/Founder
Anthony is Donna’s husband and partner. He is a Business Manager in his day job and has also taken on the task as Business Manager for Light of the World. He takes care of the financial, business and marketing side of this not-for-profit organisation.
